Organization Sponsored Visits

Thank you for considering the NEW Zoo as your group destination! With all of the exciting things going on at your zoo, it’s the perfect time to bring your ‘pride’ out to meet our lion pride and take in a day of memorable animal exploration and fun!

If your group, company or organization will be paying admission rates on behalf of visitors you authorize, arrangements must be coordinated at least one week prior to your visit. This can be done by completing and submitting the NEW Zoo’s Pre-Coordinated Admission form to the Operations Manager.

Pre-coordinated Admission Form

This form will be used to record those attendees you authorize as well as their respective admission rates. Unless notified to the contrary, the NEW Zoo assumes permission to add visitors who indicate they are with your group even if they are not listed on the form submitted.

Your organization’s designated contact will receive a copy of the Pre-Coordinated Admission form at the conclusion of your stay. At that time, you will have the option of paying by cash, check or credit card or you may also choose to be invoiced at a later date.

Submit Form

We prefer to receive your reservation via email. Please submit your completed reservation form to Andy Anderson anderson_ak@co.brown.wi.us or you may fax it to (920) 434-4162.

After your reservation has been received and entered, you will be issued a confirmation letter. You will need to present the confirmation to the admission desk upon arrival. At that time, you may also add additional visitors or make changes to your original reservation.

All condiments including pickles, shredded lettuce, cheese, relish, onions, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise are included.

Cost

$9.95* per adult (13 years old and over)
$7.95* per child (2-12 years old)
$4.50* (2 years and under)

*Plus sales tax.
