The NEW Zoo is pleased to invite you to a fun-filled birthday party!
Imagine enough birthday cake for over 1,000 visitors (while supplies last!). Be present at 1:00 p.m. as we join in and sing “Happy Birthday” to all of the Zoo animals followed by our enormous cake service. Many of your favorite zoo animals will have a chance to open “special birthday treats” made just for them! Don’t forget to sign the giant birthday card to our critters -located in the Visitor Center!
Bring the whole family Saturday, April 9th to celebrate!
Highlights
- “Lucky” the White Alligator and “Leon” the Lion will be on hand from 12-2 p.m.
- Children will be able to make edible presents for the animals and learn about the valuable benefits of animal enrichment
- Children will receive a free balloon to take home as they leave the Zoo (while supplies last).
Our animals would love to receive Birthday Gifts!
Items needed include…
- gift cards (Fleet Farm, Petco, Menards or other pet supply stores)
- new rakes, shovels, brooms
- pet kennels/carriers, new pet/horse toys
- new (or used) bath towels and fleece or micro fleece blankets
