Rewarding Year

This past year has been a rewarding one for the Society and the Zoo. A much needed Education Center was built and is open to our visitors and students of all ages. We have a ways to go on the fund-raising end, to complete the project, but we will get there with help from our Society supporters. Our goal is to have the building completed and paid for in 2013.

Animal Hospital

Our next project is to build a new Animal Hospital at the Zoo. We have received generous pledges pending construction beginning in 2013. The Society board members have been working diligently to raise funds to finish the Education Center so that we can get started on the Hospital.

14th Annual Feast with the Beasts

Our 14th Annual Feast with the Beasts event will take place in August. Please stay tuned for the date. Last year the event brought in over $27,000.00 for Educational Programs!

January Specials

We will be offering monthly brick, bench, wall of honor, and other specials this year starting with our January Specials.

Purchase any size engraved brick and receive a second one of equal value for half price! This includes our 4x8, 8x8, or 8x8 clipart bricks.

Purchase a raised arm river rock bench and have your family name, message, or whatever you would like engraved on the top of the arm or the seat. The price of the bench includes up to 20 engraved letters. This bench will be placed at the Zoo, in an area of your choice, with the approval of the Zoo Director, for all to enjoy. The cost of the bench is $1800.00 and we will include a 4x8, laser engraved, brick FREE! The brick includes up to 3 lines of type and will be placed in a large stainless steel frame in front of the Red Panda Exhibit. ~125.00 Value ~
