Stepping outside of the Visitor Center, you will be overwhelmed with the sense of an African safari-like theme. Two female lions, Etana and Aija, await your arrival. You'll find them relaxing in the sun or stalking around their grassy habitat.
The swim of the Penguins. Close by, penguins and ducks paddle their way through ponds and waterfalls. Part of our African area also includes the new Giraffe Discovery Center which offers educational exhibits as well as indoor feeding opportunities. This is your chance to interact up close and personal with giraffes, Hodari and Zuri. Purchase a rye cracker or two and experience a feeling you will remember for a lifetime!
